1.General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full agreement between you ("the Player") and xq786 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xq786 website, mobile application and all associated gaming services. 3.Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one xq786 account only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods are used. If multiple accounts are discovered, xq786 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold balances pending investigation.

Registration Requirements

Account Security

You are liable for all activity carried out on your account until you report a security breach to xq786.

Account Verification (KYC)

xq786 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identity document. Verification requests will be communicated via your registered contact details. Accounts cannot complete withdrawals until KYC is satisfied.

4.Deposits & Payments

All deposits on xq786 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other mobile wallet options as displayed in your account at the time of deposit.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa reflect in your xq786 wallet immediately upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Raast and Bank Transfer deposits are typically processed within standard banking hours and may take longer to reflect during weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method and account status.
• xq786 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside xq786's control and are the player's responsibility.
• All funds deposited must be from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

5.Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to you. Withdrawals cannot be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Processing Times by VIP Tier

• Standard / Bronze: Processed within the standard queue (typically same business day).
• Silver: Priority queue — reduced processing time.
• Gold & Platinum: Same-day processing during business hours.
• Diamond: Immediate processing at all times.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Outstanding KYC requirements will delay withdrawal processing until identity documents are provided and confirmed. xq786 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of fraud prevention procedures.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account at the time of the request. These limits may be adjusted for VIP members.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

xq786 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus rules that apply across all promotions are set out below.

General Bonus Rules

Welcome Bonus

New players may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to new Pakistani players only and cannot be combined with any other offer unless specifically stated.

VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback paid as part of the xq786 VIP programme is credited as real PKR balance with no wagering conditions. 7.VIP Programme

The xq786 VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative betting activity within the relevant qualifying period. Specific thresholds for each tier are displayed in the VIP section of your account.

• VIP tier upgrades are applied automatically — no application or request is required.
• Benefits increase at each tier and include: higher weekly PKR cashback percentages, reduced withdrawal processing times, personal account managers (Gold and above), exclusive table access, higher deposit and withdrawal limits, and priority support routing.
• Weekly cashback is paid as real PKR balance with no wagering requirements and is available for withdrawal or further play from the moment it is credited.
• VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Failure to maintain the activity threshold for your current tier during the review period may result in a downgrade to the tier your activity supports.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.
• xq786 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits and cashback rates, with advance notice provided to affected players wherever possible.

8.Sports Betting Rules

The xq786 sportsbook covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and bilateral series), Football, Esports and other sports as listed on the Sports page. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on xq786.

Bet Placement

• All bets must be placed before the relevant market closes. In-play betting markets close at the moment specified for that market.
• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Bets that do not generate a confirmation are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed at the time of placement and may vary by market, sport and event.
• xq786 reserves the right to limit maximum stakes or restrict betting access for any player at its discretion.

Void Bets & Cancellations

• Bets are voided and stakes returned if an event is cancelled, abandoned or not completed within the timeframe specified in the sport's governing rules.
• xq786 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where odds were published due to a technical error or where there is clear evidence of market manipulation.
• In-play bets that are placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined — due to data feed delays or platform latency — will be voided.

PSL & Cricket Markets

PSL, T20 and international cricket markets are subject to the governing rules of the relevant cricket board (PCB or ICC as applicable). Match result markets are settled on the official result as declared by the governing body. Abandoned matches follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results where applicable; otherwise, bets are voided.

Settlement

Winnings are credited to your PKR wallet upon market settlement. Settlement is based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting authority. xq786 reserves the right to delay settlement where the official result is under review or protest by the relevant body.

9.Casino & Games

All games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics and are provided by established third-party gaming suppliers.

10.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xq786. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where warranted, referral to relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account per person, household, IP address or device.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false, misleading or third-party identity information.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional terms, creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses, or using betting patterns designed specifically to extract bonus value while minimising genuine risk.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.

• Money laundering: Using xq786 to deposit, cycle or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported to relevant authorities in line with anti-money-laundering obligations.

11.Account Suspension & Closure

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as dormant.
• Player-requested self-exclusion or account closure.

Dormant Accounts

A dormant account is one that has had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months. xq786 will notify you at your registered contact details before designating an account dormant. Dormant account balances are held securely and remain accessible upon account reactivation following identity verification. An administration fee may apply to dormant accounts after an extended period of inactivity — the current fee structure is displayed in the account settings section.

Player-Requested Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting live support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be completed to your verified payment method. Accounts closed by the player for responsible gaming reasons will be treated as self-exclusions and cannot be reopened for a minimum cooling-off period.

12.Responsible Gaming

xq786's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time the liability arose. 15.Changes to Terms

xq786 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via their registered contact details or via a prominent notice on the xq786 website and app, with reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of xq786 after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect. Outstanding balances will be processed to your verified payment method upon closure.
